Sessions include:

⚽ Move Sport – We have walking sports including cricket, football and netball sessions across County Durham
🌳 Move Walking – We offer a programme of regular walks for all abilities.
☁️ Move Classes – Ranging from seated exercise classes to yoga and exercise to music.
🌈 Move Creative – Meet new people and get involved in creative sessions including colouring and crafting
